Kullanım Koşulları

Unsaid'i (“uygulama”) kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Lütfen dikkatle oku.

1. Hizmet

Unsaid, yazdığın metni partnerine veya aile üyelerine nazik bir sinyale dönüştürerek ileten bir iletişim uygulamasıdır. Uygulama bir terapi, danışmanlık veya kriz hizmeti değildir.

2. Hesap

Hesabını ve giriş bilgilerini korumaktan sen sorumlusun. 13 yaşından büyük olmalısın.

3. Abonelikler

Unsaid bazı özellikleri otomatik yenilenen abonelikler aracılığıyla sunar (Partner ve Aile planları).
Güncel fiyatlar uygulama içindeki satın alma ekranında ve App Store'da gösterilir.
Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple Kimliği hesabından tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme aynı süre boyunca aynı ücretten yapılır.
Aboneliklerini App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin.
Varsa ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, bir abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı taciz, tehdit, yasa dışı içerik veya başkalarına zarar vermek için kullanamazsın. Bu kurallara aykırı kullanımda hesabını askıya alma hakkımız saklıdır.

5. İçerik ve Sinyaller

Yazdığın ham metin sana aittir ve gizli tutulur. Üretilen sinyaller yardımcı olmak için tasarlanmıştır; ancak duygusal sonuçlara dair garanti vermeyiz.

6. Sorumluluğun Sınırı

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

By using Unsaid (“the app”) you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Unsaid is a communication app that turns the text you write into a gentle signal delivered to your partner or family members. The app is not a therapy, counseling, or crisis service.

2. Account

You are responsible for protecting your account and credentials. You must be over 13 years old.

3. Subscriptions

Unsaid offers some features through auto-renewable subscriptions (Partner and Family plans).
Current prices are shown on the in-app purchase screen and in the App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged at the same rate for the same duration.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app to harass, threaten, post illegal content, or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content and Signals

The raw text you write belongs to you and is kept private. Generated signals are designed to help, but we make no guarantees about emotional outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
